This is a post I hoped I would never have to do but unfortunately our hopes and dreams were shattered on Monday when Evie passed away. We are so grateful to have had 4 days with our beautiful little girl, we only wish it could have been much longer. I know Chris has kept the blog updated but I felt I wanted to post one last time to say thanks to everyone for all your support, comments, calls and texts over the last few months, they really helped us through.

Phillip and I are looking forward to seeing friends and family again, we appreciate everyone giving us some space over the past few days.

Evie will be coming home next Wednesday and we are planning a service to say goodbye to our little girl on Friday 21st. We are not sure of any arrangments as yet but please contact either Phillip or I or any of our families as we should know within the next few days.

  6. Oh No! I never followed your blog, i guess i never came accross it. I so wish i would have. I just read a comment from your family on my blog so i came over here and read Evie's story. It breaks my heart....I am soooooo sorry for your loss. I lost Jackson Aug. 8th. He passed 10 days after my c-section, I couldn't imagine only 4 days later. I know just 4 days after i had him i was still not walking good at all and in alot of pain, by the 7th day I felt so much better. So for you to have to try and get things done and have just gone thru that is amazing...I will pray for you and your family. I know we're feeling the same pain right now and it's still so new to the all of us.....lots of love candice
